On both Retreats and Activity breaks we run a full active programme which aims to be enjoyable, challenging and fun

Also Maybe Kayaking and high ropes .some of the activitities maybe challenging for some but allow you time to reflect and build self confidence.
Feel a sense of achievement ,greatness and freedom of pressure from daily life. All activities are tailored around your fitness and confidence levels.
If as a individual you choose not to particitpate in any of the activities that is ok .
At the Breaks and retreats we have daily Exercise programme each day with our fitness Coach.
This is fun based .We assess your level of fitness and work around your personal needs.
We aim to show the benefits fitness can have in your life.
It dose not matter how fit you are.
The aim is to get you thinking about how much better and healthier you can feel if you include exercise in life We also offer Yoga and Pilates in our exercise Programmes . Again weather you participate is completly your own choice
